A new report has found that the use of the collaborative care model (CoCM) is increasing rapidly at a national level, particularly among children and adolescents. However, large disparities in uptake and reimbursement remain among individual states. The report offers recommendations to improve the adoption of this proven care model across the country.

APA is offering a four-part webinar series that will explore the ethical, clinical, and equity implications of emerging tools such as digital apps, AI, and big data. The second installment, “AI and the Future of Psychiatric Assessment: A Focus on Equity,” is on February 19, 7 p.m. ET.
