The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has opened the data submission period for eligible clinicians who participated in Year 2 (2018) of the Quality Payment Program of the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).
PsychPRO users:
Your deadline for electronic reporting is March 31. PsychPRO is well under way with reporting for its current participants.
As a current participant, you have access to APA staff and to your FIGmd client service representatives who can work closely with you prior to submitting your MIPS data to CMS. This eliminates the need to verify your data at CMS's website.
If you are working with a different third-party intermediary to submit data on your behalf:
Contact your vendor to be sure of your reporting deadline.
Data cannot be resubmitted after the submission period closes.
CMS Web Interface reporters:
Your deadline for electronic reporting is 8:00 p.m. EST on March 22, 2019.
Medicare Part B claims reporters:
Your deadline for reporting was March 2, 2019.
You can go online to see your current performance based on claims that have been processed by your Medicare Administrative Contractor.
Sign in at www.qpp.cms.gov to view your performance results.
Note: If you are not sure if you should be reporting MIPS Quality performance data, you can check your eligibility status using the QPP Participation Status Tool.
